All physical stores open at 10:00 AM. Online order dispatch runs daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Late night counter pickup is available at Westlands, Moi Avenue, and Ridgeways until 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends.

Upon delivery, riders may request a valid National ID or Passport to verify that the recipient is 18 years or older. Under Kenya's Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, delivery will be withheld without refund if age verification fails.
