About the Role: To ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of orders to customers while maintaining high standards of customer service, road safety, and asset care. Key Responsibilities: • Delivery & Distribution: Deliver customer orders promptly and accurately. Pick and dispatch orders from shops/warehouse. Confirm deliveries and handle products with care. • Route Planning & Efficiency: Plan efficient routes using GPS to avoid delays and optimize fuel usage. • Customer Service: Be professional and courteous to customers. • Vehicle & Motorbike Management: Conduct daily checks and keep vehicle roadworthy. • Compliance & Safety: Follow traffic laws and use protective gear. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain delivery logs and report incidents.
